Our story
KasiBill started from a simple frustration: brilliant operators—stylists, resellers, freelancers, township retailers—were losing credibility and cash flow because "invoicing" still meant screenshots, voice notes, and endless follow-ups. Nothing was tracked, tax lines were guesswork, and serious clients hesitated to pay into a process that did not look serious.
We set out to fix the workflow, not to drown owners in accounting jargon. The product had to work where business already happens: on the phone, in a hurry, often in isiZulu, English, or a mix of both in the same chat. That is why WhatsApp sharing, payment links, and a clear paid / pending / overdue view are central—not afterthoughts.
Today KasiBill is a focused team shipping software for South Africa first: VAT-aware line items, professional PDFs, customer records, and reminders that reduce awkward "please EFT" nudges. We are still early, but the mission is unchanged—help you invoice like a pro and get paid without the drama.

Trust, security, and legal
We take stewardship of your business data seriously. The application runs on modern cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls for our own staff, and separation between marketing site traffic and the authenticated app at app.kasibill.co.za. Payment details are handled by regulated payment partners where applicable—we do not store full card numbers on KasiBill servers.

Use a strong password and enable any future two-factor options we ship. Tell us immediately if you suspect account compromise.
Your content
You own your invoice and customer data. Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and why.
Compliance mindset
